Hello! Welcome to Janky Stitches!

My name is Nyree Brown. I have masters in Applied Physiology and have worked in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. So what does any of that have to do with THIS?!?! I have always wanted to be a part of the fashion industry and started my education in fashion merchandising and marketing. I grew daunted and lost confidence for whatever reason and moved in another direction in which I love and have had success. But fashion has always been on my mind.

As I’m in my 50s, I realize how life is short and the need to feed my creative side grew stronger. To keep it short, I’m taking this chance and hoping you come along for the ride. Janky Stitches? Because there’s bound to be a few!
